Starting Wednesday, June 18, 2025 (JST), DHL will temporarily suspend domestic operations in Canada due to an ongoing labor negotiation issue.

This suspension is expected to begin locally on Friday, June 20 (Canada time).

As a result, we kindly ask all customers shipping to Canada during this period to select FedEx as the shipping carrier at checkout.

This temporary measure will help ensure your orders are delivered smoothly and without delays.
